Beautiful modern hotel on the lake. The rooms are spacious and very modern. An elegant and comfortable hotel. We brought our young daughter, but I wouldn't take young children again. The atmosphere was more adult and not necessarily conducive to a well- behaved but chatty youngster. Note that that was our feeling though and in no way reflects the staff who were wonderful to her. (perhaps this also just reflects a time when there weren't many families in residence.) There is little there other than the hotel, so you are mostly limited to the hotel restaurants and grounds. Fortunately everything is impeccable! Good to know for those who might be expecting variety out the front door, however. The bath house is comfortable and beautiful to look at. The staff is competent and pleasant. Overall, we truly enjoyed our three- day stay. D

An excellent base romantic stay in Lochau. The bed was comfy. 3 miles to Lake Constance.

Great location with easy access to transportation, next to the beach of a beautiful lake. Clean hotel with excellent facilities including parking and a nearby marina that operates as a café. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff is friendly.

Hotel is within easy travelling distance from Zurich airport, Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH exhibition centre and other points of interest. Ideally situated directly on the edge of Lake Constance with beautiful views. Receptionists were very helpful and informative on the area, restaurant and room service was also 100%. Highly recommended hotel for business, relaxing and families who enjoy outdoor life. Thank you again for a pleasurable stay.

They charged for loaning you a bike the address at Booked.net was wrong and could not locate it on a gps

The hotel was very well located, with stunning views of the lake and surrounding area. The room was clean and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and a great shower. The breakfast was included and was served in a lovely area with a great selection of fresh produce.

The hotel was quite expensive, and overall we felt that we didn't get value for money. the parking fees were quite high, and the hotel didn't offer any helpful local tips or recommendations.

Beautiful location on the water, very good food and excellent breakfast. One of the desk staff was also excellent. Very nice hotel with a lot to offer. Convenient path for long walks or bike rides around Bodensee.

Room air conditioner did not work and it was about 90 in the room. Woman at the desk said she'd have it checked as well as the nonfunctioning computer wireless connection by technicians while we had dinner in their dining room. She apparently forgot and tried to cover saying she asked the technician who said it was normal as it had been hot out, just to wait for it to cool. (It had already been 4 hours on the lowest setting.) Finally went back to the desk, a male reservationist came to the room, said it clearly wasn't working and moved us to a room where it did work. Met another family in the elevator also being moved because their ac didn't work. All was well in the end, but we were inconvenienced over a 6 hour period, eventually moving rooms late in the night. Not pleased with her lack of concern.

the hotel was very nice and new, right on the lake. From our room we had a great view on the Bodensee. The staff was also very helpful in providing information. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices. The spa is clean and quite nice.

I had a great stay at this hotel on the beautiful lake. The location was perfect, with stunning views and a calm atmosphere. The service here was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a comfortable sitting area and a terrace to enjoy the view. The spa and wellness center was a great addition, offering a relaxing indoor swimming pool, sauna, and even direct access to the beach. my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to others.

By the lake, biking trail, Spa facilities reasonably priced for treatments, luxurious but not in a way that you feel uncomfortable. The bath house is very nice!

Location right at the Bodensee. Very nice exclusive beach house with dressing rooms, bar and sundeck :-) :-) :-) The train to Bregenz city and Lindau is 2 minutes away.

The Bodensee is very cold even in July. Our room had an excellent view over the Bodensee and the Alps but a balcony/terrasse would have been appropriate considering the cost. The address "Am Kaiserstrand" does not appear at any map or gps.

Nestled beside the tranquil lake, the hotel offers stunning views of the sunrise and sunset. the marina café on stilts is the epitome of serenity that delivers a cozy atmosphere to relax and unwind. the rooms and bathrooms are expansive, bright, and ample space for luggage. the breakfast is fresh, sumptuous, and a good start to the day. the sound-proof windows work wonders, and the hotel provides excellent free wifi and ample parking spaces.

The service staff, though efficient, display a lack of enthusiasm towards their duties, which can be off-putting.
